InferaStack signs BytePlus Channel Partner Agreement to resell Lumina in Australia

InferaStack has signed a Channel Partner Agreement with BytePlus Pte. Ltd. at the Registered tier and will resell Lumina, BytePlus's image and video generation platform, to Australian organisations.

Under the agreement InferaStack scopes, sells and supports Lumina for customer projects, with availability, pricing and delivery agreed per project. InferaStack is independently owned and operated.

The agreement covers channel resale of BytePlus products. It is not an investment, endorsement or infrastructure relationship, and it is separate from InferaStack's own products, InferaStack AI Grid and the InferaStack Gateway.

InferaStack and ConnectVPP partner on energy integration for InferaStack AI Grid

Updated October 2026: energy integration remains proposed and subject to validation and site acceptance.

ConnectVPP is the energy integration partner for InferaStack AI Grid, supporting its proposed energy-aware AI infrastructure for qualified Australian sites.

The partnership focuses on assessing how AI compute can fit each site's energy resources and operating requirements.

The design remains at technical-validation stage and is not deployed. Site safety and the owner's operating requirements come first.

InferaStack introduces InferaStack AI Grid, its energy-aware distributed AI compute grid

Updated October 2026: the network announced here as InferaGrid was renamed InferaStack AI Grid on 21 September 2026, and the early node catalogue was replaced by the Stage 0 reference configuration.

On 12 September 2026 InferaStack introduced its sovereign, energy-aware distributed AI compute grid, now named InferaStack AI Grid: a proof-of-concept orchestration network designed to coordinate distributed GPU capacity with energy, network and qualified-site signals.

AI grid is the industry category described in NVIDIA's public material; InferaStack AI Grid is InferaStack's product within that category. The name does not imply NVIDIA approval, validation, co-design or endorsement.

The grid is at proof-of-concept and technical-validation stage. The current objective is to establish a repeatable reference architecture connecting qualified sites, GPU nodes, energy controls, network state, workload placement and a common control plane. It is not a nationally deployed network.

The reference configuration is defined on paper, and no node has been tested on hardware yet. The pathway is proxy validation, one proposed system, then a small number of accepted sites; any larger figure is a long-term scenario, not a plan.

InferaStack joins the NVIDIA Inception program

Updated October 2026 to reflect current naming.

InferaStack has been accepted into the NVIDIA Inception program.

Membership provides access to program resources as InferaStack develops InferaStack AI Grid and its broader infrastructure work. It is not a partnership, endorsement or supply agreement.

InferaStack joins the NEXTDC Partner Program

Updated October 2026 to reflect current InferaStack AI Grid naming and project status.

InferaStack joined the NEXTDC Partner Program as an official participant, creating a route to dedicated sovereign GPU deployments in Australian data centres.

InferaStack designs and commissions the GPU environment; NEXTDC provides the facility, power and interconnection; the client owns the hardware and governance. The first deployment remains on the roadmap.

The InferaStack Gateway is intended to provide a common service layer across data-centre and InferaStack AI Grid deployments. It remains in development and is not available to customers.
