InferaStack and ConnectVPP partner on energy integration for InferaGrid

ConnectVPP is InferaGrid's energy integration partner for the proposed interface between distributed-energy controls and compute scheduling.

The partnership focuses on using site load, solar, battery and grid-limit telemetry to publish the power envelope available to an InferaGrid node.

The interface remains at technical-validation stage and is not deployed. Device protection, owner policy and backup reserve continue to outrank compute demand.

InferaStack introduces InferaGrid, its sovereign distributed AI infrastructure network

InferaStack today introduced InferaGrid: a proof-of-concept orchestration network designed to coordinate distributed GPU capacity with energy, network and qualified-site signals.

InferaGrid is at proof-of-concept and technical-validation stage. The current objective is to establish a repeatable reference architecture connecting qualified sites, GPU nodes, energy controls, network state, workload placement and a common control plane. It is not a nationally deployed network.

Five preliminary node designs exist on paper, but none has been validated on hardware. The pathway is bench validation, one node, then a small number of accepted sites. Larger deployment figures remain scenarios.

InferaStack joins the NVIDIA Inception program

InferaStack has been accepted into the NVIDIA Inception program, NVIDIA's program for startups building on accelerated computing.

Membership provides access to program resources as InferaStack develops InferaGrid and its broader infrastructure work. It is not a partnership, endorsement or supply agreement.

InferaStack joins NEXTDC Partner Program to deliver sovereign AI across Australia

Updated September 2026 to reflect current InferaGrid naming and project status.

InferaStack joined the NEXTDC Partner Program as an official participant, creating a route to dedicated sovereign GPU deployments in Australian data centres.

InferaStack designs and commissions the GPU environment; NEXTDC provides the facility, power and interconnection; the client owns the hardware and governance. The first deployment remains on the roadmap.

The InferaStack Gateway is intended to provide a common service layer across data-centre and InferaGrid deployments. It remains in development and is not available to customers.
